15 June 2018             Early-bird registration deadline. Late registration still possible (500 €)

14 Sept 2018              Hinode SWG meeting    


TRAVEL SUPPORT

 

A limited number of grants are available to help young students and early-career researchers attend the Hinode-12 meeting. These grants are provided by ESA, NASA, ISAS/JAXA and NAOJ to partially cover the registration fee, accommodation and subsistence costs.

To request financial support you must be affiliated with an institution in either an ESA member state, the US, or Japan. Please fill in this application form and submit it to hinode12@iaa.es along with a curriculum vitae (in PDF format) before 2 March 2018.

Successful candidates will be notified by 2 April 2018. Like any other participant, they should pay the full registration fee, either from own funds or from the grant.
